Job

The Accounts Payable Manager will build out and oversee all activities in the accounts payable department and ensure timely payments of vendor invoices, credit card and employee expense reports. The role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys problem solving and building processes from ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership – Self starter, who can quickly and effectively establish key relationships with decision makers within large enterprises.
• Selling Telafor’s IR technology and services, engaging with the Investor Relations and Corporate Communications functions and senior management within Public Companies.
• Drive for Results – “hunter” mentality, will meet / exceed monthly / quarterly revenue objectives by prospecting, securing meetings, and closing new business.
• Weekly Reporting and Pipeline Management – will complete all weekly pipeline and activity reporting in accordance with Telafor’s forecasting cadence.
• Voice of the Customer – will act as the Customer champion within Telafor to ensure we continue to gather product feedback to exceed our commitments and delight our Customers.

Job

Customer Engagement Admin support is responsible to assist in the creation of customer specific reports / MOR / QOR. They will oversee update of ERP / Oracle notes and provide weekly AR updates to internal stakeholders. They will escalate issues using SFC and any other means to assure timely resolution. Maintain customer specific dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and replicate customer specific reports adhering to schedules.
• Pull aging report and other necessary data format as specified and deliver on specific schedule.
• Monitor unbilled report, maintain weekly tracker / dashboard
• Assist with 3rd party billing platform PO research.
• Pull internal reports as required.
• Track and maintain blanket purchases orders (funding, expiration).

Key Responsibilities

• Proficient in Java, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
• Skill for writing reusable Java libraries
• Familiarity with concepts of MVC, JDBC, and Restful
• Should possess application development experience in Java 7/8, Spring Framework, Spring Boot,MongoDB,MySQL
• Knowledge on Spring Data, Swagger, Tomcat, Maven, Git, Postman

Develop screens using HTML, JAVA SCRIPT, AJAX, .NET and database server is SQL SERVER (AngularJS would be a added advantage). Strong Core .NET and Object Oriented Programming knowledge, including knowledge of multiple patterns (MVC,MVVM)

• Experience writing SQL Queries and stored procedures

• Experience using source control(TFS) in a team environment

The data engineer will be responsible for expanding and optimizing our data and data pipeline architecture, as well as optimizing data flow and collection for cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is an experienced data pipeline builder and data wrangler who enjoys optimizing data systems and building them from the ground up. The Data Engineer will support our software developers, database architects, data analysts and data scientists on data initiatives and will ensure optimal data delivery architecture is consistent throughout ongoing projects. They must be self-directed and comfortable supporting the data needs of multiple teams, systems and products. The right candidate will be excited by the prospect of optimizing or even re-designing our company’s data architecture to support our next generation of products and data initiatives.
